I am Jesse, the trainer behind Pathfinder Dog Training in Fairfax, providing basic obedience and humane, non-aversive guidance for dogs and puppies. My background includes years of hands-on experience with my own Brazilian Mastiffs and other dogs, alongside formal education through Animal Behavior College. I am an APDT member and have completed Pet CPR & First Aid and shelter dog training coursework, which supports safe, thoughtful sessions. Every program I design centers on positive reinforcement, clear communication, and a stronger bond between you and your dog.

My Path To Training
Pathfinder Dog Training began in 2026 after years spent training my own Brazilian Mastiffs and other personal dogs. That experience showed me how kind, consistent methods can transform everyday life. I chose to formalize my skills through Animal Behavior College and focused my business on respectful, positive reinforcement for real families.
Education, Values, And Care
I am finalizing my Animal Behavior College accreditation, belong to APDT, and have completed Pet CPR & First Aid and shelter dog training coursework. These studies keep my methods current and welfare-focused. I run a local, female-owned business that treats every dog as an individual and every owner as a training partner.
